What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a natural tool that can help you calm down and move from your ‘fight and flight’ mode which so many of us reside in through extending periods of time due to modern day stresses.

This is your body’s sympathetic nervous system that is responsible for allowing us be alert for danger, this could be work stress, unresolved trauma, conflict, anxiety and many more.

Or you may find that you’ve been feeling low, depressed, stuck, dissociated from reality and breathwork can help bring vitality and energy to rebalance yourself.

Breathwork allows you to tap into your parasympathetic nervous system, your rest and digest and reconnect with ourselves through awareness. It can help you to expand your window of tolerance and your ability to cope with triggers or things that are out of the norm for us.

Breathwork can correct breathing dysfunctions, help to quiet the overthinking mind, feel and regulate our emotions, improve sleep, digestion and heart rate variability having positive effect on health and wellbeing.

Your session is a safe, nurturing space where you are fully supported to explore and reconnect with your breath at your own pace.

  • We begin with grounding: A gentle check-in, allowing you to share how you feel and set an intention.

  • Guided breathing techniques: I will guide you through specific breathwork practices, helping you find a rhythm that feels natural and safe.

  • Integration: After the breathing practice, we take time to gently return, reflect, and integrate any sensations or insights you may have experienced.

    You don’t need any prior experience with breathwork — I’ll be with you throughout, holding a supportive and compassionate space.

Face to Face Reiki

Each face to face single session is £55 and will last for 60 minutes.

Block Book

Each distance single session is £45 and will last for 60 minutes.
